Firstly all our products are procured from widely acclaimed vendors. Grades provided by us are tested using Positive Material Identification (PMI) an instrument that offer fast, accurate alloy identification and elemental analysis that ensures the integrity of our systems across the process plant.
To further ascertain the quality of the products, we ensure that they are thoroughly tested in NABL government approved laboratory as per client's request.In addition to that we have quality experts that inspect these products at our premises as well to become doubly sure of their functional ability and conformity to international standard.To achieve this we take into consideraion following inspections:
Raw material inspection (Visual, chemical, upset test, acid test)
Dies and plaster cast inspection
Cut piece inspection (Weight and visual)
Hot inspection stage (Dimension & visual)
Green inspection
Hardness testing
Micro examining
